Things are slowly getting back to normal but during these uncertain scary times, it's easy to forget our skincare routines and turn into a female version of RC. Nesbitt, But stop! What we should be doing is investing in our healthy skin, especially this time of year.

Let's talk about vitamin C and collagen. Firstly vitamin C is one of the most important things you can consume to repair your skin, regenerate it, and create that glow (hence the many new vitamin C products available on the market right now) So single girls pay attention!


Single girls pay attention!!! you cant consume enough vitamin C ever and especially for those of us who are following a low carb diet. (its best to eat more vegetables and less fruit due to the sugar content) This time of year with the weather changing it's definitely time to up our vegetable content... So up those veggies girls!


I'm talking tomatoes, broccoli, peppers, kale, spinach so try to make a smoothie before your workout 3-4 times a week, then afterwards try a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, that's masses of vitamin C already and we've only just started the day! So come on ladies, if we want that winter glow let's get started!
